the Ice Cream of our choice is Thornton's fresh Mix but we do also use Walls Country Meadow both of which are Quality Ice Cream and very well liked we have however used Dairy Ice Cream in the past but find they don't tend to perform very well in the Ice Cream machines on busy Event's.
